Venture Series 1104 Self-Bailing Raft (11’4″)

Coming in at 11ft 04in this is our smallest raft. Designed for low water, and easy maneuverability, this raft is perfect for those late season runs. This boat also makes for an exciting R2 paddle boat, but it’s still roomy enough to outfit with a frame for a multi-day float or fishing trip.

BASE FABRIC:
Vanguard Inflatables use a strong polyester base fabric in all our boats. The fabric doesn’t stretch when inflated and provides a rigid tube for decreased drag. The 3600 denier floor fabric is some of the thickest in the industry and the floor is double wrapped halfway up the sides of the tubes.

FABRIC COATING:
Our boat fabric is then coated in PVC to provide a perfect combination of lasting durability, and abrasion resistance. The PVC coating also adds another layer of improvement on the boat’s performance and helps decrease the drag and improve the rigidity of the boat.

SEAMS:
Finally, our boats are glued to provide a superior chemical bond. Glued seams on a PVC boat are fundamentally different than glued seams on a hypalon boat. A glued seams maintains the integrity of the fabric and makes repairs simple.
